John Bolland

Managing Director

A serial EdTech entrepreneur for over 30 years. Tenacious and creative, John founded Olivedon Ltd in 2007 after 2 years as CEO of Protocol National Inc in Austin, Tx. Previously John led big-ticket deals as Director at Capita Business Services following the acquisition of Dolphin Computer Services where he served as HE Business and Sales Director for over 11 years.

John leads Olivedon's mission to transform the transition from education to employment and to scale our 'education to employment ecosystem'. Primarily focussed on business development, John acts as Data Protection Officer and champion for data rights.

James Wong

Product Director

Calm, thoughtful, logical and direct, James architects Olivedon IP with his development team, building on a 30-year career creating market-leading technology in the further and higher education sectors.

Starting with SITS Ltd in 1990 (market leader in student management information systems in UK), James moved to Tribal after SITS' acquisition and co-founded Olivedon Ltd in 2007 where today he heads up all things technical in the business.

Fraser Anderson

Finance & Operations Director

A seasoned business leader, committed to harnessing "big data" to unlock positive outcomes for individuals. Fraser spent 20 years working internationally for Siemens in a variety of management and leadership roles, including Managing Director of the Siemens SME Application Service Provider, SolutionOne. Prior to joining Olivedon, Fraser was Group Sales Director for Timico Ltd, at the time, the fastest growing privately owned independent internet service provider.

Fraser leads Finance and Operations and also heads Recruitment Services. His team enables opportunity providers to build high quality talent pipelines for their work experience, jobs and further study opportunities.
